(1) The concerned election officer may allow the candidate or the candidate's election representative or counting representative, persons engaged in counting votes, persons assigned for supervision and monitoring, personnel assigned for security and persons assigned by the commission to enter the counting place.
(2) The Election Officer may order any person who obstructs the work of counting votes to leave the counting place and the person who receives such an order must leave the counting place. The security personnel will send the person who does not follow such order out of such place according to the order of the election officer.
